The 7 can last for up to 12 hours when using LTE internet while the 7s can last for 13 hours.

Both can resist water splashes and entering into water. But please don't leave it in water for too long...It can weaken it's water resistance capacity.

Both phones record videos on 4K at 30 fps, 1080p at 30 or 60 fps. The camera of Iphone 7 has 12MP rear, 7MP front while the 7S has Dual 12MP rear, 7MP front.
